Shipping Policy
All Our products will be sent via Royal Mail or can be collected from the farm.
We DO NOT ship live animals.
All birds must be collected from us in suitable boxes, if you do not have a box, they can be provided for a charge. Strictly 1 box per bird for transportation regardless of size. We reserve the right to cancel all sales to persons that we belive do not have the birds best interest at heart.
Cockerals will be sold at a maximum of 1 per customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
All birds are guaranteed for a period of 48 hours from the time of purchase against illness or death.
If a bird dies or is found to be ill within this time period then a full refund will be issued after a period of 1 week.

No exchange will be offered.

If a further bird is purchased and suffers the same fate then an examination of where the bird is being housed as well as details on current flock will be needed before any refund is issued.

All new birds must have been correctly quarantined in their new home before adding them to your flock.
We take no responsibility for unknown illness spreading to an established flock.
