Indian Runner Duck
The Indian Runner duck is a very popular duck breed for both first time and experienced poultry keepers. They are a great starter duck as they are relatively easy to please and look after and are great to watch waddling around the garden.

Indian Runner Ducks come in lots of different colours from pure white to deep black with iridescent green and everything in between.
Indian Runner Ducklings have great little characters but are not as tame or as easy to handle as chicks.
​
They love the water but they should never be left alone in it, they will also need help drying as their baby fluff is not water proof.
​
A cat litter tray makes a great starter pool for ducklings.
Our Indian Runner Ducks are bred and hatched here on the farm so we can guarantee they are happy and healthy and correctly sexed at the time of sale.
